He was the only thing she had. So it was inevitable. She loved him. What type of love it was, wasn't quite clear. Did she love him as if he were her brother? A lover? A friend?

Then the years passed and she knew. It didn't matter. Love was love. Simple as that.

Maybe one day she would see him again.

But for now, she was happy with what she had. She had a home. She had friends. It was almost like another family. She had enough to live for.

But in the next life, she'd find him. For sure.}
